The Partnership

Monterey Bay Military Housing is a unique partnership that combines the strengths of both the public and private sectors. Beginning in 2003, the U.S. Army, the U.S. Navy, and the Clark Pinnacle Family Communities LLC, a public private venture, combined forces and began an exciting project to renew and rebuild the military communities on the Monterey Peninsula.

 

  Clark / Pinnacle
Clark Pinnacle is proud to be part of a unique public-private partnership with the U.S. Army and the U.S. Navy formed to plan, program, develop, construct, and/or manage a total portfolio of approximately 12,000 military family housing units in five distinct military communities. 

 

                             

 Residential Communities Initiative (RCI)
Guided by the legislation, Monterey Bay RCI Team is establishing a long-term relationship with Clark Pinnacle to ensure that our mission to provide the highest quality military family housing is developed and successfully excecuted.

     

                   

The Defense Language Institute (DLIFLC)
The Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center is the world's largest foreign language institute.  The mission of the DLIFLC is to educate, sustain, evaluate, and support foreign language specialists under the guidelines of the Devense Foreign Language Program.

          

  

Presidio of Monterey (POM)
The POM provides high quality, responsive Base Operations support and services to all DLIFLC students; service members, families, and civilian workforce to enhance quality of life in the military community.

                            

 

Naval Postgraduate School (NPS)
To meet its educational requirements, the Navy has developed the Naval Postgraduate School, whose emphasis is on education and research programs that are relevant to the Navy, defense and national and international security interests.
